Executive Assistant:
We are currently seeking an Exective Assistant to join us in London on a full time basis. The successful candidate will manage the CFO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CFO, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for the CFO.
• Maintain and organize financial records, files, and databases, ensuring timely and accurate access to information when required.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Anticipate the needs of the CFO and proactively address issues or concerns to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role
• Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
You are required to comply with the PRA and FCA conduct rules:
• Acting with honesty and integrity at all times
• Acting at all times with due care, skill and diligence
• Being open and honest with the FCA, the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and all UK regulators at all times
• Always paying due regard to the interests of customers and always treat them honestly and fairly
• Observing proper standards of market conduct at all times
• Act to deliver good outcomes for retail customers. This includes abiding by the Consumer Duty cross-cutting rules below:
o Act in good faith towards retail customers.
o Avoid causing foreseeable harm to retail customers.
o Enable and support retail customers to pursue their financial objectives
Knowledge and Skills
• Basic (Level 1) knowledge and understanding of:
o FSA and rules and regulations;
o Lloyds regulations;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and company matters.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
