WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Analyse the local market for all product categories, to have a complete knowledge of the opportunities and the threats for Panasonic, including competitors product (specs and features), price, channel of distribution, and promotional activities
* Prepare the Business‑Plan, set product pricings, and maintain pricing quarterly in cooperation with the Planning team.
* Plan and manage the marketing budgets by considering the return (sales) and investments.
* Propose, realise and control all necessary marketing activities, and ensure they are in line with the business direction.
* Recommend different activities needed to realise the BP sales to the customers, and follow them up with KPI’s.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the activities to European HQ and Country Manager.
* Ensure the monitoring of regulations & technologies on the market relevant to the business.
* Represent Panasonic brand and position in compliance with Panasonic strategy.
* Lead and develop the local marketing team, and collaborate closely with other local and international departments as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
* 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
* Experience working in a B2B environment
* Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
* Effective utilisation of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
* Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
* Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
* Very strong communication and negotiation skills

Location: 1 position in Midlands and 1 position in East Anglia
