What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Robotics Surgery Surgical Care Practitioner to join our Surgical Institute. This is a full-time role with shifts from 07:30 to 20:30, three long days per week, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties covering 1 in 8 weekends.

The role involves supporting robotic surgery interventions and peri-operative care under supervision, developing surgical skills and knowledge in robotic surgery with opportunities for cross-specialty progression.
Key duties include:
* Autonomous skills in robotic surgery preparation, draping, port incision, robot setup, instrumentation, bleeding management, specimen handling, and drain insertion.
* Participating in surgeries under surgeon supervision.
* Developing research-based practices, quality assurance, and clinical audits.
* Supporting junior team members’ professional development.
Requirements:
* Significant experience assisting in robotic surgeries, preferably in abdominal and pelvic procedures.
* Skills in clinical decision-making, surgical techniques, teaching, critical thinking, coaching, and problem-solving.
* Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and engaging in staff training.
* Eagerness to lead robotic projects and collaborate with senior staff.
