Job Description:
Recruit UK are currently working with a thriving wealth management firm in Birmingham City Centre, a small boutique IFA. They focus on longevity with their clients and are a very client centric company, with their clients being at the forefront of what they do.
Due to internal promotions within the team, they are now looking for a new Paraplanner to join their Financial Planning support team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Review client files for accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
* Research and recommend financial strategies aligned with client goals
* Create and maintain cashflow models to support financial planning
* Provide administrative support and manage client servicing tasks
* Draft suitability reports and assist with application documentation
* Ensure all advice meets regulatory and internal compliance requirements

Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience as a Paraplanner
* Level 4 Diploma qualified (is preferred, candidates with a lot of experience and working toward this may be considered)
* Experience with Intelligent Office is beneficial
* Attention to detail
