Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Driver Coordinator to join Euro Car Parts. Our company is known for our speed and flexibility in delivering parts to our customers. We manage approximately 45,000 SKUs per site, maintain 95% same-day availability, and operate three VORs daily to each branch.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage efficient route planning for delivery vehicles, ensuring safe and effective stock movement.
2. Build relationships with internal customers to understand their needs, manage expectations, and meet service level agreements.
3. Promote excellent customer service and coach drivers to do the same.
4. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, reporting accidents and near misses.
5. Motivate, lead, and develop the team to excel and support their career aspirations.
6. Enhance customer experience by improving returns, credits, and warranty processes.
7. Monitor and control costs, including driver overtime and absence.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a similar role.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise drivers.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Valid current driving license.
