Bairstow Eves Estate Agency is looking for a Qualified Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Basildon.
OTE £35k

You should be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Main responsibilities:
* Building relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support
* Attracting new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
* Guiding customers through the entire mortgage process, including advising on a range of products to meet their needs
* Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships
Skills and experience required:
* CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Outstanding customer care and service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
