Your Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Provide high-quality classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups. Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 support to help pupils progress. Work closely with class teachers to plan, prepare and adapt learning activities. Support pupils with SEN, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning. Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and confidence. Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. What You’ll Need as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant: A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Experience supporting children in primary or secondary education. Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills. A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to learning. Ability to work effectively within a team and follow teacher direction.
