The role in a nutshell:
We seek an experienced UK payroll specialist with a solid background in payroll, gained through in-house systems or working at a payroll bureau. You will support and process client payrolls, respond to client inquiries, and assist the International Payroll Specialists and Implementation teams.
How you will make a difference:
* Managing front-line inquiries from customers via phone and email, building strong relationships and delivering world-class service.
* Processing payroll accurately and on time, from receiving payroll changes to dispatch and approval.
* Entering payroll changes such as hours worked and address updates.
* Producing payroll reports and sending them to clients for review and approval.
* Addressing customer questions and queries promptly.
* Ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Generating invoice triggers for accurate billing.
* Performing additional duties as required by the IPS business and Service Centre Team.
* Maintaining KPI performance standards.
What will give you an advantage:
* Experience with UK payroll legislation.
* Organized and methodical work approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll systems.
* Ability to perform manual calculations.
* Knowledge of ROI payroll legislation is a plus.
* Ability to manage workload and work under pressure.
