Training & Events Administrative Executive (Contract)
My client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the administration and coordination of training programmes, events, and stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end administration of courses for Senior Leaders and staff
* Liaise with departments and stakeholders to secure venues, coordinate schedules, and ensure logistical arrangements are completed
* Prepare and coordinate training materials and programme requirements
* Collect and maintain training-related information such as attendance records and feedback
* Support events, meetings, and programme operations where required
* Provide administrative support for special events and ad-hoc projects
* Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in training administration, event coordination, or similar operational support roles will be advantageous
* Ability to collect, track, and organise data accurately
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Employment Details
* Location: Pasir Panjang
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
* Contract Duration: 7 months
