We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality childcare and early education to children in a nursery setting.
* Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play.
* Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
* Drive initiatives that foster a positive learning environment, encouraging children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
* Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring junior staff members and supporting their professional development.
Requirements
* A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience in childcare is essential.
* Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and organised approach.
* A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development is crucial.
* Leadership abilities to guide and inspire others within the nursery environment are advantageous.
