This role is Monday - Friday with a mix of early and late shifts but no nights! This role offers a salary of up to £37,960, a company car or car allowance of £4,877, and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities:
* Providing direct nursing care in the community
* Working closely with families to develop personalised care plans
* Partnering with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting
* Managing your own caseload, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills

Minimum Requirements:
* Competency with IV therapies
* A Registered Nurse qualification
* Previous experience in a community nursing role
* A valid driver's license
