Kitchen Sales Designer - Shrewsbury
Permanent - Full Time - 35 to 42.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays

What you’ll be doing: As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll create kitchen designs for Trade Customers and Homeowners using CAD to develop custom plans, maximise add-ons, and manage your quote bank to meet targets. You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with customers and are supported with training. If you’re passionate about design and sales, we’ll help you succeed.

Responsibilities
* Design for Traders and Homeowners: Create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs using CAD and product knowledge.
* Build lasting relationships: Deliver top-notch service and support to customers on a first-name basis.
* Work with Homeowners: Produce accurate kitchen plans and quotes, understand projects, and keep Trade Customers updated.
* CAD and creative design: Use CAD to design kitchens reflecting customer vision, asking questions to tailor solutions.
* Networking & collaboration: Build a customer base to meet targets and work with the external Sales Rep to meet requirements.
* On-site visits: Visit homes or building sites to create inspirational CAD designs and present to clients.
* Safety: Follow safety policies to keep showroom and customers safe.
Qualifications & Requirements
* No industry experience needed: Transferable skills and a drive to exceed sales targets.
* Methodical & Tenacious: Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused.
* Excellent communicator: Ability to connect with homeowners and tradespeople.
* Friendly & Outgoing: Approachable personality that makes customers feel valued.
* Full valid driving licence required.

Working hours
Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm (2 in 4 Saturdays). Flexible working hours available and discussed at interview.
