This isn’t a back-office role. You’ll be hands-on with major transactions, advising on everything from freehold and leasehold deals through to portfolio management, secured lending, and property support on corporate transactions. You’ll also get the chance to shape relationships in the local commercial community and help them keep building something special. What You’ll Do Run your own caseload of commercial property matters with partner support when needed. Draft and negotiate leases, renewals, licences, and related documents. Guide landlords and occupiers on portfolio management. Spot risks early and deliver practical, commercial solutions. Work closely with colleagues across their wider Real Estate team. Build lasting client relationships and play an active role in business development. What We’re Looking For A senior solicitor with a strong track record in commercial property work. Someone confident working independently but collaborative at heart. A clear communicator who can build trust quickly with clients and referrers. Commercially minded, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
