Band 6 RMN – Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) | Aylesbury | Full-Time | 2 Months (Initial)
We are urgently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support a busy Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Aylesbury.
This is a patient-facing, onsite role (remote working is not permitted).
Contract: 06/02/2026 – 06/04/2026 (initial 2 months)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday
Shift Times: 09:00–17:00
Role Type: Temporary
Essential Skills / Experience
* Strong knowledge and interest in community mental health care
* Proven experience in risk management
* Good understanding of clinical governance
* Understanding of legal responsibilities of the profession
* Experience working within CMHTs and multi-disciplinary/interdisciplinary teams
* Confident communication and patient engagement skills
Pay Rates
* Day: £26.00 per hour
* Night: £30.00 per hour
* Sunday/Bank Holiday: £40.00 per hour
