VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our major Public Sector client, a large and well-known organisation with the recruitment of a Customer Support Advisor to join their team based in Antrim. This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position. Temporary contract expected to last for a minimum of 6 months. Salary £31,495 fantastic benefits in a modern organisation e.g. Flexi time, free parking & excellent modern offices. Responsibilities: Supervise customer service teams at designated locations. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handle escalated customer issues and service recovery. Support customer complaint management and reporting. Assist with customer service strategy implementation. Manage telephone systems and voicemail. Support event bookings and service promotions. Ensure availability of customer information and resources. Provide feedback to improve customer service systems. Develop and deliver customer service training. Manage uniform ordering. Provide general administrative support. Essential Criteria: Minimum 5 GCSES (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths. Minimum of two years' experience in a customer services function. Experience in switchboard, reception and handling payments. A minimum of 12 months experience dealing with a high volume of calls. Experience in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office. Access to a suitable form of transport. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a customer-facing role including operating a customer management information system and managing a team of customer service advisors.
