HFG are delighted to be representing a reputable insurance company who are eager to bring on a Accounts Payable Technician to strengthen their finance team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in finance, reporting to the Head of Financial Operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide financial and administrative support to ensure accurate and timely financial processing and reporting
* Work closely with internal teams and external clients to process claim payments and accounts payable invoices
* Ensure payments are settled accurately
* Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting tasks as required
* Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Requirements:
* Degree educated or equivalent, preferably in accounting, finance, or a related field
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Oracle)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
