Operative
Salary: £12.22 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Wychavon Depot, WR10 2FD
As an Operative at FCC Environment, you will help deliver waste and recycling services across the Wychavon District. You will be responsible for loading vehicles, working as part of a collection crew, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days a week.

What will you be doing?
•Load vehicles safely and efficiently
•Work outdoors in all weather conditions
•Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times
•Wear supplied PPE and use equipment correctly
•Treat company property and colleagues with respect
•Ensure vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy
•Carry out any other duties as defined by the local management team
What we are looking for
•Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weathers
•Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
•Good team player with a positive attitude
•Good timekeeping skills
•Willingness to learn and complete all required training
•Knowledge of the Wychavon area (desirable)
