Job Description
As a Sales Advisor for Frasers, working in partnership with Ralph Lauren, you will be the face of a globally recognised luxury brand, delivering elevated, personalised service that reflects both Frasers' customer-first approach and Ralph Lauren's premium brand standards. With a genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle, and luxury retail, you will create memorable shopping experiences that build long-term customer loyalty while supporting the smooth operation of the store.
* Greet and engage customers confidently and professionally, delivering a warm and welcoming first impression aligned to Ralph Lauren brand values
* Provide expert product knowledge, styling advice, and tailored recommendations to enhance the customer journey
* Deliver first-contact solutions, including supporting customers with services such as click-and-collect, product queries, and in-store processes
* Maintain exceptional visual and merchandising standards in line with Ralph Lauren guidelines
* Support store operations when required, including stock handling, replenishment, and loss prevention processes
* Represent both Frasers Group and Ralph Lauren with professionalism, ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times
Qualifications
* Customer-focused, with relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment
* A confident and engaging communicator, able to build rapport and trust quickly with a diverse customer base
* Passionate about delivering a premium and personalised shopping experience in line with Ralph Lauren brand standards
* Target-driven, with a strong commercial mindset and a desire to consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs
* A collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute across all areas of the store when required
* Flexible, reliable, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
