What You'll Do:
Manage online referrals with prompt response times Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions) Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
Essential Requirements :
Accreditation:
BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent Alternative:
Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours Approach:

Ideal Experience:
