What Makes You A Great Fit Strong UK HR experience of 5-10 years, with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner, especially within commercial functions, and extensive experience partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, complex environments such as Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare. Proven leadership potential, with aspirations to grow into an HR Director role. A true self-starter with a strong delivery focus, capable of taking full ownership and independently driving initiatives from concept to successful implementation.
