About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well organised professional, with experience in product delivery, to fill a role within our rapidly growing Digital Engagement Team (part of the wider Communications Team).
The role will involve supporting our Digital Delivery Manager and Digital Delivery Senior Associates to roll out solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a digital delivery environment, ideally in the pensions industry, with strong communication, co-ordination and planning skills. It’s a multi-faceted, varied and fast-paced role – and part of an ambitious / growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned digital workstreams
* Translate requests into clear, actionable briefs for digital design and IT development teams
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver work within agreed scope, timelines and priorities
* Task‑manage and support digital team members, allocating work in line with agreed deadlines and requirements
* Monitor progress, maintain delivery documentation, and escalate risks or blockers where appropriate
* Work in line with agreed ways of working and contribute to regular planning, review and team check‑in sessions
* Lead defined or smaller workstreams, working closely with senior colleagues where required
* Manage delivery for specific areas, ensuring quality standards and milestones are met
* Contribute to stakeholder discussions alongside the Digital Delivery Manager
* Prepare and deliver demonstrations, progress updates and client communications
* Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support implementation of agreed improvements
* Support the transition of clients onto digital solutions in line with agreed timescales
* Consider commercial factors relevant to delivery, working in coordination with the Communications Team’s objectives
Experience And Knowledge
* Demonstrable experience in digital delivery (for example, website or platform implementation)
* Experience coordinating delivery activities and supporting or mentoring colleagues
* Experience working with clients or external stakeholders
* Experience delivering work involving multiple stakeholders and interdependent timelines
* Experience in the pensions, financial services or a similarly regulated environment is desirable, but not essential
* Experience of project or delivery management is desirable
