Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work as part of cross-functional consulting teams to solve complex business challenges for our clients. You will gather and analyse data, develop insights, and support the design and implementation of strategic and operational solutions. This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical skills, effective communication, and an ability to work in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
* Work with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business cases, strategic decisions, and operational improvements.
* Develop stakeholder maps, process flows, and business models.
* Assist in designing and documenting new operating models, systems, or processes.
* Support workshops, interviews, and client presentations.
* Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Work with project managers to track project delivery, risks, and dependencies.
* Support change management and implementation activities as required.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, methodologies, and tools relevant to client challenges.
Skills & Experience
Required:
* 3 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a relevant industry role.
* Proven ability to structure and solve business problems using data and frameworks.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating client-facing deliverables.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience with business process mapping and analysis (e.g., BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma).
* Familiarity with project delivery methodologies.
Desirable:
* Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
* Exposure to sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, or Technology.
* Knowledge of tools such as Jira, SQL, or CRM systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional certifications (e.g., BCS Business Analysis, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are advantageous.
Role Details
This role is fully remote. The right candidate will be happy to travel occasionally to different locations in the UK for client meetings. Our hours of work are 8:30am–5:30pm; if you require alternative hours or days, please discuss your needs and we will consider accommodation where possible.
