Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kings Hill, with the option for some work from home. The Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support, printer support, and hardware assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk skills
* Printer support and hardware knowledge
* Experience in customer service and support
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills
* IT-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Knowledge of network systems and software applications
