Hours of work: 32.5 hours
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday excluding half hour lunch

Your Role
Highfields College is seeking to appoint a Specialist Mentor Attendance and Outreach Officer. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and high-quality outreach and support service to the school in the drive to improve overall school attendance. Some administrative work will also be required.

A key feature for successful candidates is empathy with students with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and the ability to work positively in a challenging and sometimes demanding environment.
