Job Duties:
The EYFS Uxbridge role involves planning and implementing activities to meet the learning objectives of early years children. It includes creating a safe and stimulating environment, observing and assessing children's development, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves working collaboratively with parents and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status, Passion for Teaching, Enhanced DBS, Level 3 Cache
Education:
A relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Early Years setting
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children, proficient in record-keeping and assessment practises
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Safeguarding
Working Conditions:
The role may involve standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting young children. It requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate parents' schedules and occasional participation in evening or weekend events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
