An amazing opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area. The home provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care, offering a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents.
To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and have responsibility for all aspects of the service in line with CQC requirements.
* Ensure service users receive the highest standards of professional support and experience life opportunities promoting growth and independence.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
* Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent services of care.
* Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
* Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and staffing teams.
* Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.
