The team advises predominantly high-net-worth individuals (typically with personal assets between £5 million and £20 million) across a broad range of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Lifetime and succession planning
* Estate administration
* Creation, administration, and winding up of trusts
The team is known for building long-standing, trusted relationships with clients, many of whom turn to the firm during complex or sensitive times.The RoleThe successful candidate will:
* Manage a varied caseload of private wealth matters independently
* Provide clear, empathetic, and tailored advice to clients
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Support and mentor junior solicitors and trainees
* Contribute to marketing and business development activities to grow the team's presence

* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private wealth / private client law

* Excellent communication skills, with empathy, clarity, and confidence when advising clients
* A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior colleagues
