Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
1. Participate in the origination, analysis, negotiation, and closing of new transactions, focusing primarily on junior functions within deal-teams
2. Carry out financial analysis, financial modelling, preparation of pitches, and credit applications
3. Take responsibility for specific segments of a transaction as delegated by the team leader
4. Analyse project contracts, term sheets, and documentation with a heavy emphasis on financial modelling
5. Coordinate the financial modelling aspects for project financings, creating and running financial models
6. Engage in marketing efforts, sectorial research, and othermercial or administrative duties as assigned
7. Client-facing responsibilities related to transactions

Technical skills required
