Keep accurate records of stock movements and customer interactions. Provide administrative support to customer service and supply chain teams. Answer calls and emails professionally. Prepare simple reports and update spreadsheets. Organize digital files and office documents. Support senior team members with various tasks as needed. Key Skills and Requirements: Experience in an office support role is helpful. Good communication and people skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and work well with different teams. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.
