Senior Research Scientist – Immune Reset
Duration - 1 year contract to start
Are you passionate about unlocking the power of the immune system to develop new therapies?
A leading global biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking a Research Scientist to join their Immune Cell team based. You'll contribute directly to the discovery and development of innovative therapies by designing and executing high-impact in vitro immune assays to understand mechanism of action, validate targets, and support early-stage development.
What you'll be doing:
* Designing and performing functional immune cell assays (e.g., cytotoxicity, proliferation, MLR, antigen recall).
* Assessing Fc-mediated depletion mechanisms (ADCC, ADCP, CDC).
* Profiling immune cell subsets via multi-parameter flow cytometry.
* Isolating immune cells from whole blood using FACS or MACS.
* Presenting data across cross-functional teams and contributing to experimental planning.
* Ensuring compliance with HTA regulations and maintaining excellent experimental documentation.
What we're looking for:
* Strong background in immunology or related life sciences field.
* Hands-on experience with immune assay development and data analysis (FlowJo, Prism, Excel, R).
* Familiarity with working under HTA compliance.
* Team player with strong communication and prioritisation skills.
