Applicants must hold a minimum Level 4 Fire Risk Assessor qualification meeting the UK Fire Risk Assessor Competency Framework together with competency aligned to recognised SKEB principles. Membership of a recognised Fire Risk Assessor register together with IFE, IFSM or equivalent professional membership and ongoing CPD is essential.
Experience within residential and/or commercial fire risk assessment together with knowledge of UK and Channel Islands fire safety legislation and Technical Guidance Documents is required.Core skills required
