In this role you will be responsible for sales activities and development from customer acquisition to developing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
Role:
* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding orders, lead times, product specifications, and documentation.
* To execute sales of our lithium-based products
* Set and track sales targets and KPIs to drive profitability of all sales efforts.
* Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners.
* Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
* Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, regulatory, production, finance etc to coordinate sales efforts and support broader business objectives.
* Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents.
* Ensure compliance with international chemical transport regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP, ADR, IMDG).
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role and industry.
* Competency in handling both import and export operations.
* Previous experience with import/export documentation and understanding of freight forwarding operations.
* Strong Customer Service Generalist background.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
