MHE Operator Northampton (NN7)
Location: Moulton Park / Panattoni Park NN7
Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:0014:00 or 14:0022:00
Pay Rate: £12.60 £14.20 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
The Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and dependable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park NN7. This is a key position supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate MHE equipment, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance
* Load and unload trailers in a timely and accurate manner
* Complete and check relevant paperwork and documentation
* Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas
* Identify and report issues relating to stock, racking, or equipment
* Follow all health & safety regulations and complete pre-use equipment checks
* Support other warehouse functions and train across multiple areas where required
Candidate Requirements
1. Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (in-house licences accepted)
