Quantity surveyor

Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor Quantity Surveyor required for an established Specialist Works Contractor. Quantity Surveyors will be involved in delivering complex demolition, structural alterations, temporary works, groundworks and site preparation packages for major developers and main contractors. This role reports in to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Ideally Quantity Surveyors will have a strong background in RC Frame, Basements, Complex Temporary Works and Cut & Carve projects, but not essential. Quantity Surveyors will be based on a brand new site in the City of London. Quantity Surveyor Key Skills 3 years Quantity Surveying experience Also open to experience Quantity Surveyors with 10 years industry experience Experience with Enabling Works preferable but not essential Quantity Surveyor - Experience Ideally experience in the Enabling Works sector Strong background in RC Frame, Demolition, Basements, Temporary Works, Cut & Carve Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts Strong communication and report-writing skills Proactive, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits £50,000 - £60,000 Open to negotiation for right candidate Travel paid on top Healthcare
