 
        Description To aid work package manager on all dry dock and Berth Activities. This post is responsible for helping the WPM in planning, monitoring and managing projects and supply chain from initiation through to completion in alignment with the PEP and regulatory requirements. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence both within and outside of their team and supply. They secure the supply chain required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Responsible for managing teams and supply chain to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Responsibilities Helping WPM who is accountable for managing dry dock and Berth activity work packages and supply chain setting direction and deploying resource. Helping WPM who is accountable for combined project performance for dry dock & Berth. Helping WPM who is accountable for the development of project plans ensuring alignment with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and programme strategy. Helping WPM who is accountable for achieving key physical milestones, including enabling works, construction phases, and readiness for commissioning. Helping WPM who ensures effective coordination between design, construction, commissioning, supply chain and between projects Helping WPM who ensures delivery risks are identified for their project remit, and supply chain escalating critical risks and ensuring mitigation plans are in place. Helping WPM who ensures that all changes to project scope, schedule, or cost are controlled and aligned with programme governance. Helping WPM who leads a team and supply chain, ensuring appropriate resourcing, mobilisation, and performance. Helping WPM who ensures delivery activities comply with nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Helping WPM who ensure timely assurance delivery Helping WPM provide accurate and timely delivery updates to his/her supervisor Helps WPM oversee Dry Dock and Berth activities, and supply chain ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and schedule Help WPM ensure that engineering and design outputs are translated effectively into project deliverables. Help WPM coordinate interfaces between supply chain and other teams Help WPM who is responsible for project KPIs for schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance for areas managed. Help WPM maintain and act on a live register of delivery risks and issues, for project and supply chain escalating where necessary. Help WPM manage change control processes for their area. Help champion nuclear safety and quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. Help WPM ensure effective coordination with the supply chain. Qualifications Essential Chartered Engineer CEng/Chartered MAPM or equivalent professional status or working to NEC qualification or equivalent NVQ Ability to analyse multifaceted technical, logistical challenges and develop practical, risk-informed solutions. Anticipates downstream impacts of decisions and integrates long-term considerations into short-term actions. Makes sound decisions under pressure, often with incomplete or evolving information. Balances competing priorities such as safety, cost, schedule, and stakeholder expectations. Effectively manages multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder demands in a high-pressure environment. Focuses attention on critical path activities and high-impact issues. Desirable Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects ideally in nuclear structures (Cat A) Deep understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and commissioning processes. Skilled in managing design-to-delivery transitions and resolving technical interface issues. Experience in delivery assurance, quality control, and performance reporting. Ideally an understanding of nuclear safety principles, construction safety, and quality assurance standards. Experience implementing structured change control processes in high-assurance environments. Understanding of configuration management and technical baselining
