First Call Aviation are recruiting for a Reservation and Ticketing Agent to work at Heathrow Airport. As a Reservation and Ticketing Agent you will play a vital role in providing passengers with support at the airport with:
* Reservations and Ticketing Issuance, Payments for additional services, and first port of call for flight disruptions.
Job Duties:
* Handle and Fulfil Reservation and Ticket requests. This will include booking, payment collections and issuing tickets.
* Processing of additional services including last minute upgrades, excess baggage. payments, seat selections and so on. Ensuring GDPR and Cash Handling Practices.
* Assisting with rebooking passengers effected by flight issues.
* Manage admin tasks with partner airlines such as daily sales
* Provide guidance and advice to passengers effected by flight issues.
Job Requirements:
* Previous Reservations and Ticketing Experience
* In-depth working knowledge of GDS and DCS system AMADEUS, ALTEA.
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
* Team Player
* Calm and Patient Demeanour, with ability to deal with irate passengers effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* 'Happy to Help' attitude.
You must be flexible, cancellations, delays and staff sickness may mean working more hours or coming in on off days to support.
Salary: £30'270 + dependent on experience
Shifts: Must be flexible to work any 4/5 days of the week in line with flight schedules
