Support Worker
Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum, pro‑rata) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
2 × Permanent, part‑time roles (30 hpw and 22.5 hpw).

What you’ll do
* Supporting customers with daily tasks.
* Customer group – working to support those with a history of homelessness and at risk of rough sleeping.
* Encouraging independence and celebrating wins.
* Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first.
* Working collaboratively to empower our customers.

You have
* Passion to support our customers to live their best lives.
* Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally.
* The ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure.
* Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs.
* A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it).

The practical bits
* Working a rota pattern which consists of primarily late shifts and weekends.
* Ability to manage own diary.
* Based at our Rushmoor Social Inclusion service in Aldershot.
* We do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
* You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay).
* Great progression opportunities once in Home Group.
