About the Role
We are seeking compassionate individuals to support adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities in Borehamwood. Use your experience to make a positive impact on their lives, helping them achieve their potential. The role involves supporting three gentlemen aged 50-60 with mild to moderate learning disabilities and autism, providing personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities.

* Hourly Pay Rate: £13

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting independence and life skills development
* Assisting with personal care and medication administration
* Supporting household tasks like cleaning and cooking
* Supporting residents with appointments and outings
Essential Requirements
* Experience supporting adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities and anxiety
* Knowledge of safeguarding
* First Aid, Moving & Positioning, and Medication administration certificates
* Flexibility to work 39 hours per week, including weekends
