Permanent Warehouse Operative required for Lisburn. About the Role My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious Warehouse Operative to join their fast-paced, growing operation in Lisburn. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to develop their career within warehousing and logistics. You will play a key role in supporting all goods-in and replenishment activities, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress quickly into a Supervisory role (within 46 months), with a clear path to Warehouse Team Lead and Management positions. Salary and benefits will increase in line with promotion and responsibilities. Duties will include: Support all goods-in and stock replenishment activities in a busy warehouse environment. Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately and efficiently. Ensure incoming goods are received, checked, and stored correctly. Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records. Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily targets. Uphold all Health & Safety and company standards at all times. Contribute to process improvements and support the introduction of best practices. Take an active interest in personal and professional development with a view to progressing into a leadership role. Essential Criteria: Previous warehouse experience is essential. WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience is required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement. Ambitious with a clear desire to progress into supervisory and management roles. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Due to client location access to a car is essential.
