Overview
This HR Generalist role at BRITA Group supports the UK HR team in delivering a fair, respectful and equitable working environment. You will work with managers and teams to deliver initiatives and help the business grow and develop, with a focus on engagement, talent management and DE&I.
This role reports to the UK Head of HR, working alongside an HR Advisor, an HR Administrator, a HR Business Partner and a Talent Acquisition Partner. BRITA’s HR team aims to enable people to have the best possible working experience and to help the business get the best out of everyone.
Key responsibilities
* Support managers in specific workgroups across the business, building relationships and delivering HR initiatives with their teams.
* Take a lead role in key HR focus areas such as engagement, talent management and DE&I.
* Collaborate with HR team members to deliver comprehensive HR services and improvements.

Hours: 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

* HR Generalist with experience across the full range of HR activities (ideally CIPD Level 5, not required).
* Experience advisor-level work and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach within the HR team.
* Organised, methodical, proactive, with an analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data.
* A genuine interest in how HR can help a business thrive and grow.
