Self-storage is one of the fastest growing sectors of the retail sales industry. StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K.
Pay: £ 50,000 - £ 60,000 yearly commensurate with experience + car allowance of £ 500.00/month
Our Regional Managers have oversight of a number of stores with the primary responsibility for ensuring business success! Mentoring employees, monitoring sales, ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy Clean Service level of excellence.
We have a need for a Regional Manager!
In addition to ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:
• Mentoring employees
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

This is anything but a “boring desk job.” You will be responsible for sales, site appearance, managing the day-to-day operations, and customer service – all with the backing of a system that works and a corporation that wants you to succeed. There is some on-call and weekend work with this position.
Retail store experience is necessary, at least 2 to 4 years of work experience. We would prefer a bachelor’s degree but any combination of education and experience will be considered.
