£36k base salary with discretionary bonus (typically between £6k-£8k in year 1)

The Role - Executive Search Consultant
Market Research - Analyse trends, target industries, and competitor activity to provide clients with strategic insights.
Market Mapping - Conduct detailed research to identify industry landscapes, key players, organisational structures and potential talent pools.
Candidate Sourcing - Use databases, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and connect top-tier talent.
Client Reporting - Present detailed market maps, candidate profiles, and regular updates on search processes to clients.
The Ideal Candidate - Executive Search Consultant
Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above
Commercial experience highly desirable - part-time work, internships, placement years etc.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
Ambitious with a strong desire to build a long successful career
