Join Our Team at Baywood Dog Training Ltd
As puppy training specialists, we're dedicated to teaching owners everything they need to know to raise their puppy into the ultimate sidekick—so they can spend many happy years together, side by side, making memories.
We're looking to collaborate with self-employed, positive reinforcement trainers to help puppies and their owners get off to the very best start in life, setting them up to live well together for years to come.
Dogs and their owners know they can trust Baywood Dog Training Ltd for positive, force-free, rewarding training that gets results. Our philosophy is simple: prevention is better than cure. By supporting owners through their puppy's crucial first year, we help them lay strong foundations, tackle everyday challenges, and address unwanted behaviours before they become habits.
We believe in early, kind, and consistent guidance—empowering owners to understand their dogs and respond to their needs with confidence.
About the Role
As a Baywood trainer, you'll be stepping into the lives of our human and canine clients as the vital bridge between them—giving dogs a voice and teaching owners how to listen. You'll open up the lines of communication, and leave each home having paved the way for a future of connection, confidence, and calm behaviour.
Through strategic, kind training, you'll show the world that kindness is powerful.
A Note on Availability
This is a flexible, self-employed role, ideal for trainers who want meaningful cases without the pressure of a full-time schedule. You'll have the freedom to set your own availability and fit clients around your existing commitments. Many of our trainers also maintain their own client base or work with other organisations, making this role a perfect complement to existing work
