What You'll Do: As a Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the go-to presence on site—visible, proactive, and always ready with a warm welcome or a helping hand. You'll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest and colleague experience every day by: - Delivering a professional and personal guest experience -Greet and register all guests and parcels using internal systems, escort visitors to their meetings, and provide a warm, efficient welcome that sets the tone for their entire visit. -Creating a standout workplace environmentConduct twice-daily floor walkarounds and workplace inspections to ensure every space is safe, clean, and inviting. Maintain meeting rooms throughout the day so they're always ready, well-stocked, and looking their best. -Managing the details that make a differenceHandle incoming mail and parcels with accuracy and care, keeping everything logged and delivered smoothly. -Collaborating across service linesWork closely with cleaning, technical, building management, AV, IT, and events teams to support colleagues and guests—staying one step ahead to deliver a seamless experience. You'll play a key role in creating a joined-up, proactive workplace environment by working as OneMitie. -Taking ownership of the workplace experienceog work orders, coordinate services, and support daily operations with pride, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset. Who You Are: You're naturally people-focused, solutions-driven, and thrive in polished, fast-paced environments. You'll bring: 1-2 years' experience in hospitality, luxury retail, corporate concierge, airlines, or similar. -A positive, can-do mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Immaculate personal presentation, with the confidence and warmth of a professional host. - Tech confidence across Outlook, Teams, Chrome, visitor booking tools, radios/headsets, and tablets. -Organised, detail-focused, adaptable—and calm under pressure
