Town Planner – Birmingham

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established practice known for delivering innovative and commercially focused planning solutions across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use development.
The Role
As a Town Planner, you will:
1. Prepare, manage, and submit planning applications and appeals
2. Conduct research and provide planning appraisals
3. Draft planning statements and reports to a high standard
4. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and external stakeholders
5. Support senior colleagues on complex projects while managing your own workload
About You
6. RTPI accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or related subject
7. 2-4 years’ experience in planning consultancy or local authority
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Organised and confident managing multiple deadlines
10. MRTPI chartered or working towards chartership
