About the Role
Our Fleet Team manages all processes related to RS Group’s fleet of company vehicles, as part of our payroll and rewards team.
We’re seeking an Administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Fleet Assistant is to provide an end-to-end excellent Fleet service to the business. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, HR Service Centre, HR Reward, and 3rd party Fleet to support the delivery of an engaging and effective employee benefits package. You will ensure transactional Fleet activities are completed within KPIs, maintaining operational excellence efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
* Proficient in PC skills, with intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data analysis and presentation.
* Ability to interpret and communicate information effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong team ethic and collaborative mindset.
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
