We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our home care services in both our Brighton and Crawley region. Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
* Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns to the registered manager
* Deliver high standards of care
* Participate in the paid on‑call rota
* Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
* Build relationships with care staff and service users
* Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
* Assist the care coordinator with any other required duties

* Salary £25,500 – £28,000 per annum

Qualifications & Requirements
* 100% commitment to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people
* Flexibility to cover on‑call shifts as needed (essential)
* Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance (essential)
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
* NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
