Company Secretarial Paralegal, Hampshire, GBP Competitive : This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong company secretarial experience to take ownership of both transactional support and standalone company secretarial matters. JOB REF: 1770.
THE ROLE:
- The successful candidate will provide high:quality legal and administrative support across a broad range of company secretarial work.
- This includes assisting with corporate transactions, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with Companies House requirements.
- You will conduct company searches and prepare reports for solicitors and clients, maintain and update statutory registers for client companies and provide company secretarial support for property transactions and handovers
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience providing UK company secretarial services (ideally in a law firm or professional services environment)
- Strong technical knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and Companies House procedures
- You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
