Job Description
We are looking for caring and committed Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people in a residential setting.
You will play a vital role in helping young people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people
* Support daily routines including education, activities, and appointments
* Encourage independence and life skills development
* Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
* Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
* Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people (residential care preferred)
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
