Business Development Executive Spring into action in March 2026 We’re looking for a driven, confident Business Development Executive to represent one of the UK’s leading vaping brands If you bring ambition and drive, we’ll provide the training, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed and thrive in a fast-growing industry Full Time, 3 months Secondment (or Fixed Term Contract) Salary : £29,000/annum up to 35% bonus* Company car Working : Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs/week Territory : Birmingham and surrounding areas The Role We’re searching for a motivated Business Development Executive to become the face of a premium vape brand within their territories. You’ll build strong partnerships with independent retailers, increase in-store visibility, and drive increased sales in your territory. What You’ll Be Doing Visit independent retailers to promote and sell-in products Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers to secure strong in-store visibility, POS placement and ranging increases Take full ownership of your area, applying an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise performance What’s In It for You?
